Welcome to ThinkMega.org. If you can “think big” while browsing or blogging, that’s exactly what the purpose of this website is. If you wish “think orthogonal” or “think obtuse” or “think out-of-the-box”. Any other “think” is fine except “think linear”! The world is changing rapidly whether it is in the realm of economics and technology or living space and communications or climate change and urbanization. Thinking big means asking tough, bold, and provocative questions such as:
- What would the political map of the world look like in 100 years? Could we envisage a new entity called the United States of the English Speaking World?
- Which languages would predominate civilization in 300 years?
- Given trends in urbanization, what would agricultural productivity have to be to sustain a 9 billion global population?
- As much as we want to avoid answering the question, Is conflict between the US and China inevitable? Is conflict between India and China likely?
Of course, don’t restrict yourself to just the above. Have fun!
